Empowering Minds: Building Resilience, Kindness & Confidence

Welcome to Positivity Club CIC, where vulnerability and lived experience fuel heartfelt mental health support for children, teenagers and adults. Together, we learn to celebrate our uniqueness and express our feelings, whilst breaking the stigma!

POSITIVE VIBES

Positivity Club is a children’s club like no other! Our mission is inspire children from 3 to 11 years to blossom in their own way at their own pace. We believe teaching children about mental health and wellbeing and providing them with key skills and coping strategies will support them as they grow. Workshops are inspired by lived experience and aim to give children a safe place to express their feelings. Fun and interactive activities are planned carefully to ensure memories are made and tools can be learnt. At Positivity Club CIC, we aim to break the stigma around mental health, make accessing support easy and low pressure without any discrimination. It’s our goal to teach children:

  • Self love
  • Kindness
  • Gratitude
  • Inclusivity
  • Managing BIG emotions
  • Self expression
  • Mindfulness
  • Resilience

We also collaborate with lots of other businesses/ charities by inviting guest leaders with themes such as the environment, exercise, art, drama, singing, animal experiences and more!

“Isabella has enjoyed every session so far and I can see the difference in her mindset about how she thinks about behaviours and her own confidence. She looks forward to going every week and was made to feel so welcome and safe from the 1st moment she stepped through the doors”.

- Cat

“Jessica absolutely loves her time on a Saturday at positivity club and it has done wonders for her self belief, understanding of mistakes and her confidence to name a few ways it has been amazing for her. I 100% recommend this club to anyone thinking about it for their little ones. Every child would benefit from what Jess and the team can show and teach them. 💜🌞🌈💛

- Heather

“My little one has absolutely loved attending this club. He’s benefited so much from it. I’m so pleased to see the difference this has made to his mental well-being. However his feedback says it all, which is that it should run every week because it helps him feel better and it’s unfair that’s it’s not!! Jess and the team are amazing!”
