Positivity Club

3-11 years

Positivity Club is a super special club like no other, where we focus on all things mental health and wellbeing in a FUN way! Themes include resilience, kindness, self love, anger, worries, gratitude and lots more.

We also currently run after school clubs at Hoylake Holy Trinity Primary School and Great Meols Primary School. Information is sent out via school office and booking available on www.bookwhen.com/positivityclubcic

Time for Teens

10 - 16 years

Time for Teens is a small youth group with a mental health and wellbeing theme. Time for Teens provides a safe place to chill and chat for teens who are having difficulty with their mental health, socialising and friendships. We have themed sessions and activities around the members’ interests such as baking, board games, crafts, quizzes and group games. We also organise trips and guest speaker visits.

Time for Tea is a welcoming mental health support group where people can come and talk in a safe place filled with love and kindness.

Preschool Groups

We believe such skilss can be taught from as early as three years old, so we love visiting nurseries and Early Years school settings to teach sessions around We teach Makaton emotions, sing songs, share stories and use play therapy coaching to support our youngest members. We are currently doing workshops at Castleway Primary School, Kingsway Primary School, The Mulberry Tree Day Nursery and Bright Smiles Day Nursery who all recognise the importance of support our youngest children with such vital skills.

1 to 1 Sessions

Personalised 1:1 well-being coaching sessions offer a safe and supportive space for children, teenagers, and adults to explore their emotions, build resilience, and develop practical strategies for a healthier mindset.

Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs, helping them enhance self-awareness, manage stress, and cultivate lasting positive habits for overall well-being.
